I understand that by signing below the session fee of $1,500 is non-refundable. The photographer will work with the client to reschedule a session up to 1 time. I understand that the session fee is for the time of the photographer and the session and 75-100 digital images. Prints and products are to be purchased separately. The photographer has up to 4 weeks to finish editing all the images prior to the scheduled viewing session. It is up to the photographers discretion to decide which images to show the client. Client must purchase prints and art pieces within the scheduled time frame that the online gallery is open, and any items that the client wants to purchase after this time, the client will pay the $75 fee to retrieve images from archives. All copyrights and ownership belongs to the photographer, the client will receive a print release allowing the client to print purchased images. This release enables the client to print for non-commercial use only but no form of alteration (not limited to editing and cropping) will be permitted. The client is permitted to post on social media web-sized watermarked images that the client will receive with the gallery but such images cannot be altered in any way. The photographer should also be tagged (or equivalent) in any post that has an image from this session. The photographer is not responsible for any injury that befalls the client during the session. Should the photographer need to cancel due to illness or act of God the photographer has the right to pass the session over to another local photographer before returning the session/deposit fee.
