I keep the studio nice and warm to make sure baby is warm no matter what they’re wearing during the session, since babies cannot regulate their own body temperature. I use studio light to make sure I can control the light exactly how I want it giving us the perfect balance of light and shadow on each image.

I generally start the session with parent posing and sibling images if there are. We then go into baby alone posing using all the different props and colors we previously discussed. Each pose is carefully crafted to highlight the baby’s delicate features, from tiny fingers and toes to the angelic curve of their lips. Throughout the session, I work patiently and attentively, capturing every precious moment as it unfolds.
